The verified publishing workflow

Posty5 connects YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads and X, with X available on the Pro plan or higher. One form sends video, images, text or stories to the selected accounts that accept that type and skips the others.

Use an uploaded video, a direct video URL, or a supported Facebook, YouTube, TikTok or Instagram video URL. Only reuse media you are allowed to publish.

What each platform accepts

Image posts, carousels, long video, tracked links and scheduling need the Pro plan or higher, and stories the Starter plan or higher; see what the plans include. On a workspace post, a platform that cannot take the chosen type is skipped and named before you publish.

Planning, batches and new post types

• The content calendar shows scheduled and published posts by month, in your profile's time zone.
• Bulk scheduling from a CSV file creates up to 50 scheduled posts in one batch, on the Pro plan or higher.
• Tracked links, on the Pro plan or higher, turn each link in a post into a short link per platform and count its clicks.
• Hashtag groups save sets of up to 30 hashtags that you add to a post, trimmed to each platform's own limit.
• Carousels of 2 to 10 images go to Instagram, Facebook and Threads, and stories to Instagram and Facebook Pages.
• Text posts go to Facebook Pages, Threads and X, and Instagram can be connected without a Facebook Page.

Group accounts in a workspace

A workspace groups the accounts for one brand or client. Assign or unassign platform accounts, then choose the workspace to auto-select those destinations for a new post.

Publish now or schedule

Choose Publish now, or, on the Pro plan or higher, Schedule a later time; on Free and Starter the schedule option carries a Pro badge while publishing now still works. The picker accepts a time from five minutes ahead and shows it in your profile's time zone.

Read each platform status

Statuses are independent per platform. One destination may be done while another is pending, processing, processingInPlatform, retrying or in an error state.

The status set also includes done, canceled, error, failedByPlatform, needsMaintenance, removing, removed and removeFailed. Read the destination's status before changing the whole post.

Important boundaries

Posty5 includes a month-view content calendar and CSV bulk scheduling of up to 50 posts per batch, which like all scheduling needs the Pro plan or higher. It does not offer evergreen recycling, best-time suggestions or a cross-platform analytics suite: engagement numbers appear for Threads and X posts, and tracked links count clicks per platform.
