Quota blocked
The quota belongs to Google Search Console. The extension cannot bypass it: the current URL returns to Pending, waits, then retries unless you stop the queue.
Limit / Quota Exceeded uses your limit wait, then retries automatically.
Pending

Stop
Waiting for the current safe stopping point...
Reset
This clears the queue, processed history, settings, activity, and quota data. Your language stays the same.
Requested
