Posty5 and TikTok Integration
Posty5 is a platform of free digital tools for QR codes, short links, hosted pages, and social publishing. It optionally integrates with TikTok so you can connect your TikTok account and publish videos you select directly to it from Posty5 Social Publisher.
How Posty5 Uses TikTok
Posty5 uses TikTok in the Social Publisher feature only, so you can publish your own videos to your own TikTok account. This is why Posty5 asks to connect to TikTok:

Posty5 connects to TikTok only when you choose to, and only for the account you connect.
Connect Your TikTok Account
From Posty5 Social Publisher you can connect your own TikTok account. Connecting the account lets Posty5 publish the videos you select to that account on your behalf.
Posty5 uses the basic account information TikTok provides to identify the connected account, such as your display name and profile details.
Publish Videos to TikTok
After connecting your TikTok account you can choose a video, prepare its details, and publish it to TikTok. Within this feature you can:
- Connect a TikTok account
- Upload videos selected by the user
- Set video captions and titles
- Configure privacy and publishing options
- Track publishing status
Posty5 only uploads videos that you select, to the account that you connected, at the time you ask it to publish.
Connecting TikTok Is Optional
The TikTok integration is optional. You grant access only when you choose to connect TikTok, and Posty5 requests the minimum access needed to publish your videos.
- You can use Posty5 without connecting TikTok at all.
- TikTok is connected separately, only when you choose to use it.
- Connecting TikTok does not connect any other platform.
You Stay in Control
You are the one who starts the connection, and you can end it whenever you no longer need it.
- Posty5 does not connect TikTok automatically.
- You initiate the connection yourself.
- You can disconnect TikTok whenever you want, from Posty5 or from your TikTok account settings.
How We Handle TikTok User Data
TikTok user data is accessed and used only to provide the publishing feature you requested. Posty5 does not use TikTok user data for advertising, and does not sell it.

How the TikTok Integration Works
- Open Posty5 Social Publisher
- Choose to connect your TikTok account
- Review the permissions requested by TikTok
- Approve the connection
- Select a video and publish it to TikTok
TikTok shows you exactly which permissions are requested before you approve, and you can revoke that access at any time from your TikTok account.
