Posty5 and Facebook Integration
Posty5 is a platform of free digital tools for QR codes, short links, hosted pages, and social publishing. It optionally integrates with Facebook so you can connect a Facebook Page and publish videos and posts you select directly to it from Posty5 Social Publisher.
How Posty5 Uses Facebook
Posty5 uses Facebook in the Social Publisher feature only, so you can publish your own content to a Facebook Page you manage. This is why Posty5 asks to connect to Facebook:

- Publish Videos and Posts to Facebook
Posty5 connects to Facebook only when you choose to, and only for the Page you select.
Connect Your Facebook Page
From Posty5 Social Publisher you can connect a Facebook Page that you manage. Connecting the Page lets Posty5 publish the content you select to that Page on your behalf.
Posty5 uses the basic information Facebook provides about the Pages you manage, such as the Page name and the access needed to publish to it.
Publish Videos and Posts to Facebook
After connecting a Facebook Page you can choose your content, prepare its details, and publish it to the Page you selected. Within this feature you can:
- Connect a Facebook Page
- Select the Page to publish to
- Upload videos and images selected by the user
- Set captions and descriptions
- Configure publishing options
- Track publishing status
Posty5 only publishes the content that you select, to the Page that you connected, at the time you ask it to publish.
Connecting Facebook Is Optional
The Facebook integration is optional. You grant access only when you choose to connect a Page, and Posty5 requests the minimum access needed to publish your content.
- You can use Posty5 without connecting Facebook at all.
- Facebook is connected separately, only when you choose to use it.
- Connecting Facebook does not connect any other platform.
You Stay in Control
You are the one who starts the connection, and you can end it whenever you no longer need it.
- Posty5 does not connect Facebook automatically.
- You initiate the connection yourself and choose which Page to use.
- You can disconnect Facebook whenever you want, from Posty5 or from your Facebook settings.
How We Handle Facebook User Data
Facebook user data is accessed and used only to provide the publishing feature you requested. Posty5 does not use Facebook user data for advertising, and does not sell it.

How the Facebook Integration Works

- Choose to connect your Facebook Page
- Review the permissions requested by Facebook
- Approve the connection
- Select content and publish it to your Page
Facebook shows you exactly which permissions are requested before you approve, and you can revoke that access at any time from your Facebook settings.
